The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, always seeking to make a connection and help you out in any way they can. The room I booked was slightly small and the carpets looked a little worn down. The water pressure and drainage of the showers were sub optimal. "Overall great experience! I stayed in the room with the double bed and it was definitely very small but did what it needed to do. I didn’t love the bathroom (no barrier with the shower) but it was also fine for what we needed. Also, if you’re going in the summer, the hotel has amazing AC! The location was great and the staff were super nice and helpful. Would stay again!"

"Fantastic property. Great Pilates studio on-site (for a fair market price). Gym is good for Europe (no free bars and dumbbells stop at 22kg). Obviously there is a Nobu restaurant on-site which is one of the very good ones, it has a great chef and portions are on the generous side. The location is very good: Marble Arches Tube station, less than 10 min walk to Selfridges and other good shopping."
