"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"In a great spot! Right Wher everything is at ! Good front desk, what I did not care for is they clean your room every three days. I've never stayed anywhere with such policy, so that was a big big down fall for us having to take out trash n wait for ever to get towels exchanged and so forth. Big inconvenience. We stayed 3 nights so we were bummed and now have learned to look into that prior to booking any hotel stays "

"Front desk staff are a real treat to work with! Mervat and Tanya made me and my teens feel so welcomed! My daughter had a SW16 sleepover and all accommodations were met with great detail and customer satisfaction. The indoor pool was clean and well lit. Public restrooms were kept clean and fully stocked. Our adjoining rooms had great views and the beds were very comfortable. "This facility was on the middle of renovation. The Breakfast are was only half of the space due to mattress and furniture in the way due to the renovation. The breakfast was blend. and poorly maintain. I do not know how is going to bein the near future but at this time I do not recommend this facility. "
