Great service. The lobby restaurant is decent. The staff there was cool. Sit at the bar and have a handshake. "

The room was surprisingly big and pretty quiet for a Loop hotel, the decor is beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkly clean. I can see why this hotel gets so many great reviews-- it's awesome!"
