Hotel dekat Spessard Holland Golf Course

"Staff are excellent. Beautiful grounds with lush greenery and fountains."

"I always have the best time and relaxation when I go to this property. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for all you do to make us feel at home"

"The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually."

"Great hotel!"

"Nice budget hotel, clean, spacious and modern"

"Everything was great. The staff was very fast and helpful resolving one minor issue. Could not ask for a better stay."

"Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. "Great stay."

"Southern hospitality at its best!"

"Would just make sure that you watch your step in the lobby and hallway. They mopped midday and"

The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...

"6 day stay. Myself and my wife. Clean studio, staff was friendly, main two complaints were 1-the noise from the mechanical room could be heard basically all night just non stop. 2- the pillows were the most decrepit sacks of cotton I’ve ever had in my life. They just zeroed out comically pancake thin I ended up with a stiff neck after the second night that was so bad it compromised me for the rest of the trip even with extra pillows it just was so painful. in combination with the noise I slept...
