"We were unable to get into the room ( passcode did not work)and because of cell reception we did not get message from property manager. We were in town for wedding and had to stay at another hotel. Manager has not offered to reimburse our payment even though they knew we were having issues. We called several times and texted the number given when having the access issue and nobody answered."

"I love the layout. However, I would’ve picked a different hotel based on the parking inconvenience. They don’t offer a space for you to unload your luggage and you had to drag it to the garage."

"IMMACULATE. Do not hesitate on booking this one. This was seriously the greatest hotel experience I have had in my entire life. As a Chattanooga resident, I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for the perfect Chattanooga experience. "Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives."

"The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back."

"Incredible stay. Room was great, staff was super nice and accommodating. Great muffins in the am and fantastic bar. At midnight the parking lot was packed. Ashley came out and made sure we had a spot. Above and beyond. We now have our Go To hotel when we come to town. Thanks for a great experience."
