"This is not a typical modern hotel, but a somewhat old fashioned bed and breakfast. It is very conveniently located near Union Square, the Powell St Bart stop, the trolley, and plenty of sights and restaurants. "Welcoming staff. Parking is next door which is super convenient. Hotel room felt like a nice studio in New York with concert floors which made it feel oddly cleaner. Although it’s by the tenderloin, there are many options to shop, eat, and grab drinks. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise and would highly recommend staying here!"

"Toilet didn’t work. Horrible parking experience. They instructed to park in a garage down the road which closes at midnight so good luck trying to find anywhere to park after midnight. Will definitely not be staying here next time I’m in town. Room was not very clean either"
