If you are booking a Big Bus tour, that is also only a short 5 minute walk to the nearest stop located in el Embarcadero. Short walk to the cable car as well. This was my second stay here and I would definitely recommend. "

"This is a beautifully updated historic hotel. Rooms were clean, tastefully decorated and fairly spacious. Bathroom was small, which was fine for us. Staff was nice. You cannot beat the location. Union Square with shopping and restaurants is a block away and Chinatown is an easy walk. Hop a cable car right in front of the hotel (buy all-day hop on and off cable car tix on the city's apps) to visit the Wharf or Ghirardelli Square. Or walk up Nob Hill to catch the cable car to the Ferry...

"Location was great, very close to Union Square and to Moscone Center. Rooms were cozy, but really excellent and they had everything you would need. Very comfortable bed, fast wifi, clean room, fluffy towels. The ambiance was very cool. Staff was outstanding, extremely helpful, in particular Rebeka at the front desk. Highly recommended."

"Located in Embarcadero/ downtown SFO, this hotel is at walking distance of Chinatown, Piers/Port, parks and a myriad of restaurants. There is even a "Safeway" a couple of blocks fm the hotel. To be underscored: SFO downtown feels safer and cleaner than a few years ago. Staff hotel amicable and effective. This hotel is a great option when visiting SFO."
