"Got off to a bit of a rocky start due th missing towels and a a pillow that hadn’t gotten a pillow case put on. After that things went reasonably well. Breakfast was pretty standard free hotel style. Nice location eat most of the attractions in Jamestown I have stayed here nearly every time visiting my hometown area over the years, from the days of Best Western to now La Quinta. This was one of the best stays."

"The room was beautiful. The on site restaurant for our dinner, and the next morning’s breakfast buffet was amazing. Easy check in and out. The outdoor hot tub had teens with water guns, and they weren’t being monitored by staff, or their parents. We felt like we couldn’t utilize the hot tub because the teens were being careless in such a small space. Staff or cameras should be in that specific area."

"The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm!
This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water!
There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages."
