Very clean. Need to offer water and coffee in lobby as breakfast ends around 10am. Most high end hotels do.

We got in late, our room was ice cold. The heater wasnt even on. Had to wait with our jacket on about 30 minutes before we could even get our Jammies on. Bathroom floor was super cold on the bare or socked feet. Put towels down helped. No freezer in our rooms m fridge for our cooler ice packs. Breakfast ...
