"When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy."

"Check in went well. The hotel is in an unexpected area but was not a bad thing. Once we got to our room I set up for our stay. The room was pretty clean but there were definite areas that needed improvement. The wallpaper in the bathroom was lifting, there was an area just inside the door where the caulking was wearing and cracked and needed to be redone. "The booking photos are misleading. The photos on Expedia seemed to portray a full kitchen and a couch. When traveling with 5 people. Room with 2 queens and a sofa works. But that’s not what we got. The staff was extremely helpful though. Upon arrival they were able to get us a new room with a king better and sofa to better support our family of 5. "The property needs work."

"I read the reviews and how the road was noisy. We stayed on that side and it was not loud at all. Overall, we had no issues. We were there for a night for a lacrosse tournament, up too early for games so we didn’t get to have breakfast."

"The hotel's hallway smelled a bit of smoke but overall it was nice. The rooms were very clean and I love the fact that they have a 2nd sink outside of the bathroom. Makes things easier to get ready with other people sharing a room."
