"Very mixed emotions after our last minute trip there this weekend. This was one of few choices available given the holiday weekend. It is a Hilton Property. Pros: Helpful Staff, Nice Beach, near airport and mall. Great food, even so the wait can be long to get served. Nice lounge to have a drink before heading to bed in the evening with great bartender! "Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts."

"We stayed at Crown Reef Resort for four days, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the pools. They were absolutely filthy—very cloudy with debris floating everywhere. We found fake eyelashes, hair and press on nails on the bottom of the floor, KitKat wrappers, and other trash in the water. It was honestly disgusting and looked like the pools hadn’t been properly cleaned or shocked in a long time. The rooms were small and in desperate need of updating....

"The property is pretty average , it's a bit of a ways from the bustling downtown so you definitely need a car. Breakfast was good , average and pretty standard."

"The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The only negatives were that the ceiling in our room was coming apart looked horrible. One of the lights were broken as well. We did find a cockroach in our bed also but only 1 and no bedbugs luckily. We would stay again as it’s a close walk to the beach and pier."

"Day time staff was fantastic and so sweet. Night front desk was rude and did not address the issue of people smoking by the pool or smoking on their balconies. Room photos showed beds by the balcony but when we got to the room the beds were by the front door. Karaoke until 11p.m. didnt allow for a pleasant night watching the ocean from the balcony. And that wasnt described on Expedia so be aware."

"First disappointment....property waa advertised as beach front and was NOT. As soon as we arrived and checked in, staff was rude, like we were inconvenience her to check in. Our room floor was dirty upon arrival. The door to our room didn't fully close. Bathroom didnt seem very clean. Soaps in shower were empty. When we needed towels replenished we got attitude from staff whom really didn't even speak English. The pool was dirty. Algae on the side of the pool walls. My kids didn't wven want to...

"The beach view was amazing, walk right to the beach. The Wii fii was non existent. Rooms were clean. The beds weren’t comfortable. The mattress sat on a metal platform when bumped into it sounded like thunder. The pool doesn’t close so it hard to sleep when people are being loud. Id say improve the Wii fii and the beds and I would go back."
