"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"The rooms and food were amazing same with the hotel front desk but the service in the bar/ restaurant needs to change. I come here every year for past 4 years for my birthday and have never had a problem but when me and my partner went for breakfast there was ZERO customer service and made us feel weird even question ourselves if we did something but we were sitting at a table the waitress came up and said “Hiiii” that’s it… just hi and then looked at us so after a moment of silence I had to ask...

"The price for the room was top notch, however the floor was a bit dirty, there was dog food on the floor, the light was missing from the ceiling, the counter peeling, the stove burners broken, However the beds were clean and comfortable and the building was quiet. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast is mediocre at best, but it's better than no breakfast at all. I would stay here again because the price was excellent."

"I was familiar with this hotel before it became associated with Sheraton. The transformation from what it was to what it is today is remarkable. Staff was great and it is very clean. The food in the onsite pub and restaurant was very good. If you are not familiar with the area it isn't as convenient to ammenities as some might prefer but the location does make it easy to get around with vehicle or mobile navigation. Definitely would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and...

"The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again."

"I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."
