"It hurts to leave anything less than five stars for this place as the reason for less isn’t their fault but it DID impact our experience to the point that I would not book here again. "We loved our stay at this hotel.
The singing in the morning with breakfast (the mexican) is not so nice. It is funny, but we recommend to do this around happy hour or evening."

"Great location. Close to the subway station.
Great air conditioning.
Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was a random plastic bag behind the bathroom door which was gross.
Limited services. Can’t get any help in the evening. You have to go to the reception desk to ask for room cleaning which was annoying.
Our shower gel had all water in there and we couldn’t get any help as it was late in the night. Like around 10pm. And no staff was around to help. Nobody at reception and no number to...
