"My stay was quiet enjoyable. My room like the rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. From house keeping to the manager I was greeted with a good morning or evening. When I needed directions, and the staff member wanted to make sure she asked the manager and he came out and used his phone to show me directly how to get there. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone I know. I could go on and on how great it was. The parking was convient...

"Parfait pour ceux qui dorment dans les lits (très confortables), belles chambres, propres et bien pensées, belles commodités - piscine, salle entrainement, très bons déjeuners- mais évitez le sofa-lit qui était extrêmement inconfortable pour deux de nos enfants. Bon service tant à l'accueil qu'au bar sur la terrasse!"

"Will not stay at this property again. There were bus tours that overwhelmed the stairs.elevaror and especially the poorly maintained dining room / sports bar. This property has seriously gone down since it was HI. VERY DISAPPOINTED/ RIPPED OFF.SHAME ON YOU BW!! WE TRAVEL OVER 60 DAYS A YEAR IN MANY COUNTRIES."

"Enjoyed our brief stay at the Capri Inn. The rooms were very clean and updated. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful upon our arrival and when we departed the next day. I would recommend the Capri Inn to anyone staying in the Niagara region."

"Very clean property and amazing staff. The room felt rustic but very well maintained. There is some noise that could be heard from other guests, but this was expected for the type of property. The property is in a very quiet area with minimal traffic, and some great views a short walk away. Be aware that there is little to no dining or shopping in Queenston, so we had to travel elsewhere for amenities."

"Absolutely beautiful, the only thing that we did not like was how big the outside porch was. We sat out anyways. Also when I wet to iron my dress, I pressed the steam button and rust came out it did ruin my dress. The iron looked new. So who would have known. Everything else was picture perfect. I’m so glad I found this place. Would highly recommend it"
