"Very disappointing experience at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. I booked a king bed room through Expedia, but when we arrived, we were told our room had been given away. We were instead placed in a room with two queen beds, which was not what we booked or wanted. I appreciate the $50 Hilton credit they offered, but honestly, it did not make up for the inconvenience or the overall experience. "Power outlets were faulty, shower spits water out not at a comfortable setting . Spiders in our room . They did what they could and moved us to a better room . Staff was great , overall experience was okay . Can find something cheaper ? Absolutely. Thought for the price was going to be more upscale . Typical hotel , promoting behind the “Hilton” label."

"Everything was wonderful. The front desk staff, the Tiki bar staff (Tammy) and the inside dining were all very pleasant! The food was good. The grounds were clean (even the beach). We will be coming back again!"
