"The hotel is excellent with a few negatives that can be easily corrected. The staff is awesome , the size of the room is very comfortable and clean. The main issue for us was the pool . It's relatively small and the bummer was the fact that closes exactly at sunset. That can be 7 -8 PM. For a hotel that charges $400 - $500 a night that is disappoiting. Also , only one restaurant -Bacan - is worthy of Michelin stars . Had the best steak I ever tried there with plethora of wine choices . Other restaurants are not kept to any standards. The breakfast was nothing special . We avoided it couple times by walking to Starbucks located 5 mins away. I would look for other properties next time we come to Orlando. "

"Internet was constantly disconnecting. Had to restart a movie 5 times before I could watch it. The doors and windows were in horrible condition. You can hear every single car passing by from 80’ away. Other guests party and playing guitar in the parking lot until almost 10 pm I will not be staying there again. "
