"We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen."

"The Coal Exchange is a lovely old building which has been turned into a hotel with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable although there was some wear showing on the headboard/ wall behind the bed(room 143). The bathroom had a large Jacuzzi bath and a rainfall shower. "Exceptional 3 star hotel, evening meal menu excellent value (3 courses £30) and the food was really very good. We drove with with a dog and there was no surcharges for car or pet. We could eat in the lounge area with the dog. Room was a good size and very comfortable and clean Staff were friendly and helpful We will definitely stay here again"
