"Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do...

"The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired. "Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!"
