"Charming property in a beautiful location with lovely grounds and a great Napa atmosphere. Unfortunately our room had a significant water-pressure issue throughout the stay. While staff offered access to another room for showering, we were disappointed that the only in-room solution offered was a paid upgrade or a down grade. At this price point we expected a more proactive resolution. It’s a shame because otherwise the property is delightful.
And if they offer you room 17, say no."

"this bed & breakfast was in a great location to travel back & forth to downtown napa. our room was spacious and bed was comfy. staff was very helpful. I wish they had better breakfast options to choose from. very quiet and peaceful to relax. I'd stay here again"

"This property was quaint. We stayed in the cottage was a little more than a converted shed but it was comfy, cool, and quiet.
We loved having the privacy. We weren’t able to stay for breakfast or really enjoy the outdoor spaces which were so cute but it was beautiful.
The bed was sooo comfy.
Perfect rest after 600 miles on a motorcycle."
