"The stay was great and as we have experienced before. The room wasn't as clean as last time and the buffet breakfast wasn't as good as last time. Still a great stay and will definitely use again. But just a little bit different from the first time. "

"Rooms are really nice, the lady who checked me in, was quite rude as i was parked outside in space 1 marked for Ramada, i checked in and paid for secure parking, but was told to move immediately and leave my bags etc at the counter, she stated to park in the space behind reception, which I did as I have parked there previously. To be then told i parked in the wrong spot !! She failed to give clear instructions"

"Way beyond expectations. We booked with the expectation of a room with a view. We were delighted with the private penthouse suite. Better and bigger than our apartment. It had not one but two rooms with a magnificent view of Devonport wharf and Waitemata harbour."

"Lovely new hotel. Check in was a bit time consuming, and they had to charge a bond to my credit card - not just a hold or pre-authorisation, but an actual charge. It was refunded on checkout, but still seemed strange. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great, shower very good, nespresso machine with decaf pods, etc etc. Would definitely stay again. "

"Its the worst place i have ever stayed in. Payed for 4 nights left after 1 night. Would like a refund. Its so dirty and smells terrible.l have a lung condition ans could not breathe. Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. Cupboards musty. Toilet paper in the carpark and up the tree. No other roomso offered to clean . Noway could a clean...
