"Our stay was pleasant overall. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, and the property itself is well maintained. The only downside was the valet parking. It isn’t advertised on the website that valet is mandatory, and the $40 daily fee feels unreasonable, especially without prior notice. Additionally, the shower’s water pressure was disappointing. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly.
