"Excellent from start to finish. The room was very clean and felt comfortable, with a delightful view over the garden. We had a couple of drinks in the bar which was nice and relaxing. We later had dinner in the restaurant, with a nice selection of dishes and again a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, the wife had boiled eggs and soldiers, they were perfect with nice runny yokes. My full English breakfast was excellent with a perfectly cooked poached egg. "This place was AMAZING!!! Had a restaurant/Pub below, hotel above(no elevator, just had a knee replacement 8 weeks ago, but i did it lol)Ate several times there, and was never disappointed! Recommend fish & chips as we had thst several times! "

"Fabulous standard. Newly refurbished to high spec. Very friendly staff. Lovely and quiet. I felt perfectly safe, helped by my room being on the upper floor and there being a 24/7 reception. Worth noting the rooms are “motel” style - ie doors to the exterior walkways which for single vulnerable travellers should just be aware of. That said … I intend to make this my go to place for Milton Keynes. Excellent value for money. "

"A truly mesmerizing experience. The room was of a standard comparable to the one we enjoyed at the Ritz in London. The castle and its surrounding grounds were beautiful and astonishing. The architecture was impressive in its history, beauty, and timeless elegance. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Altogether, it was a deeply enriching experience."

"Friendly staff, been a few times here now and the friendly, helpful chef now knows us so that’s nice. Had a room upgrade which was really lovely so room bigger, bed bigger and really comfy, shower big enough to get at least 6 people in, will consider an up grade in future. "
