"The dinner and breakfast were lovely, the bacon was crispy, just as requested. Staff were polite and helpful. Car park access from the road was challenging due to being blocked by queuing traffic. On site car parking was limited but we managed. The spaces are not sufficiently wide for your modern Bentley, but we have not yet placed our order, so it was not a problem."

"I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. "The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding. The doors were activated by a key code given at check-in. Staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful three night stay."
