"The room was lovely and clean, we had The Suite and is probably one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Check in and out was nice and easy. The only slight downside was they had a house music event on and we weren't told about this until 1pm on the day of our stay when we were already on our way, but to be fair it turned out not to be too noisy in the end, but an earlier heads up would have been nicer. I would definitely book this hotel again if we are upnin the area. We didn't eat at the hotel but it did look like a nice restaurant."

"It was ok but as I booked online wasn’t expecting a £50 hit to cover damage as soon as we went to book in also we mentioned we might have breakfast but got charged at around 3 in the morning We did get our money back but think it’s a bit harsh that they just take it overnight"

"Clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately was a noisy stay. My room looked over the pub garden and the windows are old sash windows with a poor seal, so I could hear the pub garden revellers until closing."

"Positives: Lovely staff at reception, clean room, comfortable beds. Fairly quiet but we were at the end of the hall. Negatives: Our room was too hot, even though it was quite cool outside. There was an A/C unit, but it was quite loud so we eventually turned it off. The lock on the bathroom door was presumably faulty and had been removed. Cheap toilet paper you would not expect at a 4* hotel. We paid half board but the restaurant staff had not been made aware of this and it was very unclear what was included. We booked as an adult and child and Hotels.com did not make clear on booking that the half board price was for one adult and 0 children. This should be made clear when presenting the available options as it seemed value for money but was not. We ended up sharing a two-course evening meal (which was very nice) and in the morning had a quick breakfast of awful coffee (this really needs to be improved) and a lovely croissant, as most of the other buffet food looked past its best."

"Everywhere was spotless, Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and it was cooked fresh each morning after you made your choice. My friend is lactose intolerant and Josh provided her with LF milk & butter and also milk to use in our room. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Very convenient for visiting Bletchley Park. Lovely pub at the end of the road for evening meals "
