"Room small to many draws for overnight stay. Room and bathroom really hot. Shower not brilliant cold water, no instructions on how to work it."

"A modern bland extension to a country house. Room was unremarkable. Bathroom was disappointingly shabby. Bar and restaurant were ok, but nowhere to sit at the bar, I could only sit at a dining table set for dinner when having a drink at the bar. It was not comfortable and gave the impression I was encroaching on dining space. Staff did not come and clear table either. Overall disappointing. Looked nice in the pictures but the experience did not match it. "
