The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa
Most of the staff is not friendly. Communication is horrible. A LOT of hidden fees. Property was very pretty. Only 1 of the 3 pools is kid friendly. Lots of choices to eat on sit. Room was nicely cleaned most of the days. Great views from our balcony.

Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas
There was many repairs that needed to be made to the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. There was no hot water the faucet to turn the water on was broken. They didn’t come and change the sheets or gift towels. The whole property seemed old and ran down.
