"Lovely stay and great breakfast Nice cookies too"

"Wonderful experience!"

"People were very nice and helpful! Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"What a special place. My wife and I were here for our 25th Anniversary. Manuel (owner) took spectacular care of us. The breakfast gathering is NOT to be missed, but reserve you place early. It is a wonderful place to stay!"

"The staff were amazing and very helpful with any questions (or if you accidentally lock your keys in the room). The hotel is older so while it was clean overall, I had some bugs in my room and they no longer have breakfast (which they did advertise when I made the reservations). The location was great as you are close to so many things. They also have free tea and coffee, which was nice."

"Absolute gem! Great location, incredible staff, great suite accommodations. Quiet yet close to everything."

"What a charming place…. Very well-appointed and comfortable… warm and friendly hosts, luscious and diverse breakfasts… I’ll definitely be back!!"

"The property was beautiful clean. The rooms were fantastic. The staff was amazing. The proximity to the plaza was perfect. It does sit on kind of a loud road that would be my only negative but once you fall asleep, it wasn’t as bad. I would stay again."

"The property is ideally situated to enjoy the historic center of Santa Fe with an easy walk to great restaurants and galleries. This was our third visit to the Rosewood Inn and we highly recommend the Inn for its friendly and helpful staff. The Inn has a hotel shuttle that will take and pick up guests to and from destinations as far as three miles away from the hotel, and we used it frequently. We'll definitely be coming back."

"Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

"Jay at the desk was wonderful. We had an issue with the tv in the room and she worked continuously to resolve it. She was kind and professional. Thanks Jay."

"Great stay. Cute place. Friendly staff"

"Very clean and staff was very helpful"

"The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

"Great traditional casita with modern amenities. Very comfortable for two, whether you want to stay in or enjoy the nightlife. Everything was very walkable."

"I think you need to try harder when it comes to breakfast. Three days out of our four day stay the menue was sausage and scrambled eggs and both were cold. Sausage gravy was served with biscuts one day and was really good."
