They offer 24 hour beverages which I think is really nice especially in the hot Florida sun access to the beach is quick and easy. There’s also a heated pool lots of fun activities and things around games that are family, friendly and kid friendly saunas lots of snacking options and also free breakfast. My family and I have found the perfect spot. We will be going anytime we go to...

"We loved our stay! Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Terrace, the breakfast buffet manager is incredible! Terrance greets everyone with a bright smile and kind words. It really makes a difference to have employees like him on your staff! Also, the buffet was exceptional and used real dinnerware. Pool area was upscale and relaxing. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer."

"We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating...
