"This hotel is fairly new and very clean. However, the pool was not open and the elevator was broken the entire time we were there making it incredibly inconvenient on the 3rd floor. I had to haul all of my bags down three flights. The ceiling in our room also had significant water damage."

But for health reasons we cook our meals, requiring at least a kitchenette for us to stay at hotels for multiple nights during our trips. Very cleverly made hotel description, with photos depicting as if every room (labeled “deluxe”) had a kitchen, and customer reviews of 10/10, stupefied, if not deceived, us completely.
