The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
Our AC and fridge didn’t work in our room. Person at the front desk was very helpful and got us moved to a new room where everything was functioning. The hot tub was nice but the pool was extremely cold. It was an inside/outside pool so it wasn’t a huge surprise even in May.
