"Great location near the Regency Ballroom, where my event was taking place. In-and-out parking is appreciated, as is parking until 2pm day of check-out. The room was spotless and everything was in decent shape, except for the bathroom fan that rattled loudly. Loved having a coffee maker, but there was only sugar, no half & half (Mini Moos would be great; powdered whitener is icky). "

"Pets stay for free, however no proper relief area in or around the hotel. 3 minute walk to nearby park for dog restroom. Rooms are very small, but clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast is just simple such as donuts, croissants, muffins; nothing exceptional. "

I had know idea when I booked the room and would have gone elsewhere if I had know. I have been moved or upgraded for less distracting reasons at other hotels in the city.
