"They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back. The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help. No one knows...

"Beautiful modern somewhat newer property in a lovely area. Perfect for catching public transportation on their railway close to everything doesn’t feel like an airport hotel, but you are very close to the airport a modern little grocery store across the grassy area, and an excellent coffee spot as well. Easy parking, easy in and out of the hotel not a big effort to get in and out of there. It was a wonderful overall experience and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint would be...

"I checked in for a single night with a friend to see a concert in the area. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis from the hotel, so not terribly far away. It is competitively priced for the area and for being a newly built hotel. My room was clean and came with all the amenities I expected it to. "We set the AC at 59 and it never got below 70 all night. The parking fee was a surprise since we booked on Expedia they jacked parking up to 30 a day with the "free shuttle". Will tell all my friends not to stay at hiltons for park and fly!!!"
