"Very close to the San Diego convention center (I was there for a graduation). The valet could use some help though. The process was confusing for check out and when I went to pick up my car. The valet at the time were rude saying I should have been given a ticket to pick up my car, but I was never given a ticket dying valet check in. I may not be back even though I used to brag to everyone about this hotel and amenities"

"Firstly the breakfast is available but for a charge. Parking is available for a charge Elevator is available but spend 10+ mins waiting for it. No vanity kit, no extra bathroom items even if 2-3 people are staying. Ideally in other 2/3/4 stars hotels they keep more based on the number of people staying but here it wasn't that way."

"My stay was great, small room but very clean and cute. I didn’t get my code to enter through the main entrance and code for my room, but you can call the number on the main entrance door and they will provide it to you after you confirm your personal information."

"The room was ok,Great location. It was only 8 minute walk to the ballpark and right on the edge of the gaslamp quater. I did like the fact that it had a kitchenette with a large fridge and that made it convenient for drinks and snacks. It also had a small stove top but I could only imagine what the room would be like if someone fried food or made something smelly in the room. I thought it was kind of strange in that area. It was kind of noisy on the street outside, sounded like cars racing....

"Great place! Stayed because of a concert at PETCO. Did have a cleaning just walk into my room at 0800 without knocking. She said it was because I didn’t have a “DND” on the handle. I was kinda angry. Otherwise, no issues."

"The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. In the immediate surrounding area outside the front doors there are a lot of homeless back in forth and no joke one was literally swinging an axe at a light pole. I'm...
