"Great staff and location. Very family friendly. A classic Florida motel embracing its identity wholy and wonderfully. Just steps from the beach it was easy for me and my two children to relax and have fun. When the pool or beach no longer entertained the youngest (5yr) there was plenty to do nearby and when the oldest (10yr) inevitably got hungry there were plenty of options."

Was given a double bed with my gf instead of king. Went back down to the desk and one woman said because I booked through Expedia, they were all out of kings. I had even called 10 days early to request a water facing room. When I “insisted” another woman stepped in and gave us the king room 2 doors down from the previous...

"Great location with everything close by. We got groceries on the way in and then parked the car and did not need to drive at all for three days. The beach is right across the street and the water was crystal clear. The restaurant next door is great, though our unit did back up to the parking lot, which was loud at times from deliveries and trash trucks. The pool was nice too. "

"Beach was a walk but phenomenal spot "

"Room had no windows and was dirty. Spiders in the bathroom and stains all over the bedding. Only a small tiny one towards the back of the room. Looks like an old apartment turned hotel room. Tv has no channels or any options to watch anything. Staff interaction was short and odd to say the least. No beach view, no pool view. Small tiny kitchen with a refrigerator from the 90’s. Definitely not worth the price. Worth 50 a night at the most. I left and found a place down the street for the night....

The room was in unacceptable condition — the bed had no proper sheets, and the mattress protector was visibly dirty. I was so disgusted that I could not stay. I documented everything on video. "Staff were great. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Pool was good. Plenty of towels available. Parking fees were higher than expected. Property was right on the beach with a beautiful view. Property could benefit from a little facelift here and there such as the elevator. We enjoyed our stay"
