"Poor customer service. The lady in the front was a bit rude and didn’t made an effort to get us a luggage rack and told us we had to wait an hour to get the cookies. Then I approached a gentleman and he immediately brought us the cookies and the other the luggage rack.
We enjoyed that the ocean is very close to hotel and didn’t have to walk much. Also there’s a nice restaurant facing the beach and a guitarist playing."

"The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge."

"When I arrived, the staff was very helpful, professional kind, and smiling. They even got me help with bringing my items up to my room. Breakfast was great. Staff and maids were excellent. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Property was clean. This is my second stay here it was great. Only thing I think that toilets need to be a little bit higher for tall people thank you very much Marriott."
