"We were welcomed by the owner with such a big smile and great attitude! The place is super clean, cute and very welcoming. The building is old and very charming and we could walk to our concert venue and restaurants, which made it all convenient and pleasant. "

"I really enjoyed my stay and would go back. The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to everything. You can walk anywhere. The restaurant is absolutely fabulous. I recommend the protein bowl for breakfast and Grouper for dinner. All of the enployees at the hotel, coffee shop and restaurant were genuinely hospitable and helpful. Of course the most important part of my stay - The Hollander Hotel is dog friendly. And I mean FRIENDLY. My pup got lots of love the entire visit. Thank you!...

"The location was perfectly situated for being able to walk everywhere - both to work in the office and explore shopping, dining, and the beach. They were renovating while there so I assume it will be much better next time. In my room, the bed was not very comfortable, the air conditioning was very loud which prevented me from sleeping well, and the tub had stains and chipping. "This hotel is very pretty and a tad more affordable than some other properties in St. Petersburg. The only negative is no pool, which I didn’t think I wanted but in the Florida heat, may have been welcome. The room was large and well kept and furnished, very pretty. The area is perfect and centrally located. Step outside and all of St. Petersburg is at your doorstep. If u need to get your car for a drive, I found it was easy to ask and brought around quickly. We spent 2 nights over a weekend....
