"After checkin we texted Maitenance about clogged bathroom sink. We stayed one night. Next morning when we checked out it was still clogged , not fixed. "

"Clean Room, super friendly staff. One of the two elevators was broken, but otherwise pretty decent room at a pretty decent price!"

"At check-in we were told our room would be serviced every other day.. Ok. Stayed three nights, room never serviced. Called the front desk to and the person said they’d check with their manager about why the room wasn’t serviced. Who cares, just offer to bring towels. Had to ask for them, Shouldn’t there be training for this situation?? Definitely need the earplugs they put in the room if your room faces the bars. Downtown Gainesville can be loud and they party late. Also no waters in the room?? $5 in the lobby. The bar is good, so is the coffee in the lobby. The breakfast is meh. The staff was nice and helpful…except when we had a problem. We’ve stayed here before since we have a kid at UF, just wish we wanted to stay here again. "

"Yes room was clean and smelled good"

"The hotel itself is a little worn and could use a refresh. The mattresses were bad and we woke up both mornings with terrible backaches. The breakfast was horrible and didn’t offer many healthy options. Our room was only half cleaned. One of the beds was made, and the other one was not. Trash was not emptied, and nothing was refilled. There were so many homeless people in front of the hotel and they were continually asking us for money. I did not feel safe. Some of them were quite aggressive."

"Nice place with good rates great staff, but almost twice as day my keys would deactivate. At first they said it’s because it’s with your other rf credit cards, but day number two I left the cards on the dresser in the room and none of the threes cards would open up the door when I got up. This happened twice on the last days of my stay, leading me to believe it’s a system problem."
