"Nice way to end off our Jeju trip. Nice staff. You have to pay for roof top pool. Water wasn't that warm unfortunately. You also have to pay for a compulsory swimming cap so if you have one, bring it. Breakfast was varied and nice. Nice room. Bus stops to the airport nearby."

"The room was clean and small, with a refrigerator. The shower is separated from the toilet area but you only get tiny towels. The check in experience was self service even though it states someone is there from 3pm. I arrived at 9 pm and there was no one around. There was a self service machine but all in Korean. Eventually I found an internal doorbell. Someone arrived and pointed at the machine changed the language to English and disappeared. Other than that everything was great. Good location...

"The host of the ara palace was very helpful, and said many times if u need anything she would be there to help. Towels are small but functional, everything was what I expected. There is a washing machine but u must hang dry ur clothes, there is racks to us in your room. The location was good. If u want to spend 3 times as much to get closer to the ocean u can.
