"Hallways are somewhat dark but otherwise the hotel is comfortable without unnecessary bells and whistles. Parking is $25 per day. The rooms have a Motion sensor light and power feature. This is really annoying because if you turn over in bed at night the lights come on. I tried every combination of turning the motion sensor off and it wouldn’t work as I liked. It would still shut off the lights after some time. Also very annoying was that when the power switches off your devices stop Charging. They say not to plug in your c-pap in certain outlets and I made sure my phone was on an outlet that would not cut off power- however that did not work either."

"The first room we checked into heavily smelled of marijuana. I called the front desk and was switched to a different room right away however that room also had a musty smell to it and there were flies flying around the room all night. I assume that comes w a property near the ocean. We were there for a night and too tired to move to another room. Despite that the property itself is nice and the staff very friendly. "

"Parking was confusing - not managed by the hotel but you get a discount if you are staying or eating- so confusing if you pay on arrival. It’s a beautiful resort and hotel. Wonderful staff. Beds were comfy. Our view was terrible though and because we had friends staying on a similar rate when I saw their views I was very angry. We also had the garbage men early one morning! "

"Very clean accommodation. I felt safe. Hotel management makes safety a priority. Although this is a boutique hotel without a lobby with coffee or drinks, there is a 7-Eleven a couple doors down and plenty of coffee shops and eateries about a 10 minute walk up the street on Piedmont Avenue. Only thing that was a little concerning was that the windows are single paned and sound carried very easily into my street facing room. The hotel manager reassured me that the rooms that are away from the street don’t have the same issue. "
