"This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. "I love staying at The Graduate, it’s the only hotel I stay in when I go visit my daughter, everything is close by. The hotel is pretty nice, I like hanging out at the dining lobby, the Henry’s hotel is also convenient and they gave the best brisket burger. The rooms are clean and staff are very nice."

"The folks at Sens Hotel were so helpful and kind. I canceled one room on Expedia 48 hours before, but it didn't show up as canceled for Hotel Sens', or on Expedia for that matter. Sens canceled the room on their end, then Expedia showed the upcoming refund. The folks at Sens were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The hotel is right in the middle of North Berkeley's foodie row."

"We had booked a non-smoking room and we had to get up at 1:30am to let the front desk know someone was smoking weed and our room smelled horrible. The front desk guy just said sorry and moved us rooms a couple doors down, I would expect a different response and even a manager reaching out but nobody did. I will not be staying in this hotel again."
