"The property was extremely clean the staff would respond quickly was informative was very helpful. The room was nicely decorated beds were comfortable hot water great water pressure snacks and drinks nothing negative parking near the door. Great location easy in and out."

"My wife and I stayed in room 610. The room was clean basically, but there seem to be mold under the bench along the wall. It looked black so I’m not sure if it was black mold. The place looks nice. The bar was OK but everything you have to pay for you can’t even get a cup of coffee in the morning without paying four dollars for a small cup it’s all à la cart. Staff were very good."

"Enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff welcoming, our room well appointed, bed comfortable. Breakfast was a major hiccup the first day; sadly a few guests chose to not bus their dishes causing major backlog finding a place to sit. Food and coffee ran LOW and several items were not replenished and it was only 8:10! When requested, attendant was slow to respond; again it was at least 30 minutes before “closing”. Today was better! However, we would stay here again."

"This Hampton Inn was pristine!!!! The absolute best Hampton we have ever stayed in. The parking was very convenient, lobby was beautiful, guest check in was very easy and the person at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room, we had a king bed, was amazing. The bathroom was huge and actually had plenty of hooks to hang your bath towels! It also had pull out shelves under the counter that were very convenient. The water pressure was great and the water was hot int he shower! The AC...

"Most things you touched were sticky. The room is prettydark and needs better light. Windows are dirty bed cover head spots. One of the pillows had a strange smell."

"The hotel had a smell to it. The hallways and elevators was dirty, rooms was filthy! The sheet had stains. I was very disappointed."

"Jay was great. Old property but excellent location. Clean but a little tired. Good value for the money. I will be back."

"The hotel was lovely throughout. The room was clean. comfortable and it smelled clean. The lobby was very pretty, good coffee and tea always available. Nice towels. My only recommendation would be the toiletries could have been better. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"CLEAN BUT IT WAS A BUG IN MY ROOM AND THEY SAID I COULDNT GET MONEY BACK"

"We stayed in Tallahasse for my daughter's emergency wisdom teeth removal. Kitchen was fully supplied with utensils and everything we needed, room was spacious and doors to bedroom closed so gave us all different spaces to be. When we got tired of being in the room, we would go downstairs to get coffee or fruit and sit or walk in the beautiful water featured patio. They have grills too! Such nice premises and staff was absolutely wonderful from reception to cleaners and breakfast team always...

"The breakfast was amazing. Some of the staff was amazing. One of the lady’s who answered the phone I believe her name was Dena could use some better customer service skills."
