"Room 12, ground floor front on a very, very quiet street was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The shower was tiny but did its job. The continental breakfast was superb--lots of choices, all of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff."

"A very beautiful and unique hotel in a spectacular area just away from the tourist drag of Bath city center. The hotel has alot of character and period decor. Its an old hotel, so the heating was nit on, understandibly so as it was May. The plumbing is also not updated, so there is a hot tap and a cold tap at the sink. The facilities are adequate for a shorter stay. The hotel is being upgraded, so there was alot of noise above us for our 2 night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful."

Am Eingang Container mit Müll und ungepflegt (Bepflanzung am Haus,Müll am Parkplatz). Empfang bei Ankunft alles andere als freundlich, abgefertigt und arrogant. "Very nice property. Room clean and well maintained, breakfast was fantastic. Service exceptional, we were allowed to check in early, and checkout was painless. Would stay again if in the area. Only downside is no parking at the hotel, but there are (not free) car parks very close."
