"The place is “PERFECT” from all points of interest . The price reasonable. The rooms, although small ( can accommodate only 2) is well kept. Blackout curtains really helps. I couldn’t think of anything negative. We didn’t have a view but it all comes down to location, location, location because when you’re already tired touring the city, the thing you need the most is to be able to relax in the nearest place possible. And this is what this place “exactly” offers."

"Excellent, cheerful and great stay at Stay Pineapple New York. l thought the room would be a little on the small side but it was thoughtfully organized and l wasn't there to spend much time in the room, so the smaller square footage was not a problem at all. Wonderful bed and we loved having 2 duvet covers! Welcoming lobby and l enjoyed the creative design. Great location for walking to the Theater District, Hell's Kitchen, Times Square and subway entrances. Would stay again!"

"The room was a good size for Manhattan and the property is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room on the 2nd floor looked out onto 8th Ave, and the noise from the road works could be heard from the room, whihc was the only minor point. Some better sound proofing of the windows would improve things - otherwise I would have given 5 stars."

"The bathroom door in our room didn’t close all the way neither did the shower door. The heater in the room didn’t work and when brought to the attention to the staff they said they would call maintenance to fix it but they never came"
