"The staff all around were amazing! Everyone we talked to was so helpful and kind and happy. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and updated, the beds were comfortable. The rooms were on the small side but was plenty big enough. The location is great if you want to be near Times Square but not hear the traffic. "
