"I got there really early for check in, the front desk told to give her my number so that when my room was ready she would give me a call. I waited about 3 hours and saw people checking in and giving their key pad that’s when I went to the front desk to see what’s going on.. long story short they just forgot about me which is sad because I actually enjoyed my stay…"

"I had an amazing check-in experience with Crystal. We were able to check in right away with no issues at all. The staff was very welcoming every time we entered and left the hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean. They ask you if you would like to have room service every day or every other day. The Wi-Fi is good.
