"The room itself was clean, the view wasn't the best but thats on me since i didnt reserve the best ones in time. Personally i didn't feel too comfortable on the bed? Not sure if the mattress is old or something it just felt uncomfortable to sleep on. And im not sure why there was no toothbrushes available or if i was supposed to ask for it to be provided to me. Next time i would have to bring my own. The elevators take so long and its confusing when one goes to rooftop and other ones take long time to wait for. Its decent place to stay one night when nothing else is available or nearby where you need to be"

"Five stars plus for Hyatt Place New York City Times Square. The room is very clean. The staff is very approachable, good breakfast and everything is within walking distance. The manager Ms. Jessica Marmolejos is also very accommodating. She made sure all the requests were attended to. I made a reservation for my nephew and his wife. Ms. Jessica made sure everything went smoothly. Kudos to her staff as well. Great job guys! So for anyone looking for a hotel close to the center of New York City, this hotel is the perfect place to be!!!"
