"The property was great. Central to Times Square. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and access to Bar Lola (15% discount.) It was a rainy stay so we liked that we could go next door for a nice meal in a swanky atmosphere. It was delicious, and their staff was great as well."

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"

"Stayed in many NYC hotels and this is definitely one of the best. Great location and family room with two double beds. Bathroom was a good size (for NYC) and mattresses were excellent. Only downside was the annoying sheets rather - would prefer a full duvet cover but that may just be a UK thing. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table. Highly recommend!"

"The Knickerbocker was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! The room was clean, had complimentary water available each day, plenty of towels, and bathrobes! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, Gania was our server and was very friendly and kind! The only real critique was there were no hangers on the wall for towels/umbrellas/wet raincoats. We stayed over the weekend where it rained every day and having a place that was not in the enclosed closet...

"The property was unique due to the 2nd floor for check in and concierge. The foyer and art work was classic and displayed through the dining area. We loved everything!!!"

"Ein tolles Hotel am Times Square. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, Kaffee wie gewohnt etwas zu dünn, Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und recht ruhig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten bequem. Wartezeit am Fahrstuhl zeitweise etwas lang, aber alles in allem gut organisiert auch beim Frühstück. Ich würde hier wieder buchen."
