"Location location! It’s the perfect spot if you’re in New York and want to be at Times Square! Just far enough away to be quiet, safe and easy to navigate. Staff are excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are thankfully small and comfortable. Only downside is there’s not allot of space for ladies to sit and apply their makeup! lol. But other than that, we were very happy to be there."

"We were skeptical about the Hard Rock brand, but after an incredible week full of World Cup shenanigans, we ended up having an outstanding experience. We’d definitely stay there again. Cocktails were great. Rooftop bar was kickin. Room was clean. Location great. Staff were all nice and helpful. They had TVs set up around the bar area for people to watch matches, and they did. Lots of fun."

"Der erste Kontakt war leider etwas enttäuschend. Die Dame beim Check-in wirkte direkt so, als würden wir sie stören, obwohl wir lediglich einchecken wollten. Danach hatten wir kaum Kontakt mit dem Personal. Das Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber, bei genauerem Hinsehen gab es aber einige Kleinigkeiten auf dem Tisch beim Fenster waren noch Flecken und auf dem Fenstersofa lag tatsächlich ein Stück Käse.
