Woke up to the A/C unit squealing in the middle of the night. Come to find out the entire cover was broken and just sitting on it. A musty moldy smell to our room. We shared a wall with the housekeeping storage and they didn't hesitate to make as much noise as possible. Heard every ding of the elevator and felt every step...

Items such as dirty glasses were not replaced or cleaned, which gave the impression that the daily service was limited to simply making the bed. For a five-star hotel, this level of attention to detail is not quite good enough."

"This place is beautiful! We upgraded our room to the upper floors with a view. The hotel is just gorgeous. Our room had the most beautiful view of the strip. Random thing happened though. We arrived at our room and there were items missing from the mini bar that was probably the mini bottles of wine and missing items from the snack bar. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
