"Love the location of this hotel, attached to a mall that brings your straight to the strip. No casino at the lobby, making it less crowded and much more enjoyable. Removed 1 star because I asked twice to have the sofa bed ready, and no one came. Overall a great experience."

"We arrived very early in the morning and were greeted by Michael who was very helpful in finding a room for us to be able to check in early. He even got us a better room than we originally booked! The room was very nice, especially the large kitchen and bathroom areas. The hotel is not far from the strip, but far enough that it was quiet. The bar was also nice and affordable. I would definitely stay at the Platinum again."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

First be prepared to spend more for the incidental deposit than your entire stay ($900 for a 3 night stay), Lights in the bathroom didn’t work, do not disturb sign was on the door and the housekeeper still knocked on the door, there was a mess left in the sink from a previous tenant, the blackout curtains don’t block the light from the exterior accent lights and made it bright in the room all night every night, the convenience market in the lobby is a...

"The two-bedroom accommodation was perfect for our visit with elderly parents. Close enough to the Strip, but not having to deal with a casino on property was an advantage."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Orange fused water available at the lobby. Refrigerator, Microwave and coffee machine in the room. Will come back when attend Allegiant stadium concerts. It was around 25 minutes walking distance."

"Very attractive, room was very large, has microwave, refrigerator, and sink. But the soap was in one small tube for the shower and none for the bath. Not enough for 2 people. Also housekeeping did not provide a new one for the 2nd night. Heater did not work, could only get A/C."
