The location is very good, you can walk to many great restaurants and the hotel has bikes you can borrow to bike the seawall. At the end of a long day there is a very nice hot tub and heated pool. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and the shower is perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and the service was amazing. I cannot recommend this...

"It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water."

"The Keefer hotel was a unique experience in that there is no on-site front desk; all the communication with staff occurs remotely. That being said, there did appear to be a security guard available 24/7 and housecleaning was present in the mornings. The one-bedroom apartment in which we stayed was very clean and new, and I liked that we had a four-person dining room table. "From the first communications by internet with the staff I received immediate responses and all questions answered promptly."

"The room was in excellent, clean condition and had plenty of square foot space for my wife and myself. The one unique feature that caught us off guard was the glass wall of the shower looking out on the bedding space. We did not find it objectionable. The staff was excellent in helping us."
