"Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...

"The lady Silvia very pleasant and helpful as all the other ladies and gentlemen. Breakfast options good , room ideal for me and my son and we left earlier to get home they supplied us with bacon sandwich as it was to early for breakfast. Parking was easy i paid for a place.used trams to get around. My son and i enjoyed our stay"

"All food selections excellent . Dinner and breakfast choices were very good. Staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. Entertainment was fun and bingo break our mum enjoyed very much. From bar staff to room service staff we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return 😍"

"The staff were very friendly helped alot, in one of the rooms the light fitting came off the wall and they moved us into a different room straight away. Breakfast was amazing , sat us at a table and brought over the hot drinks with the cups ect and we went over to a counter to get our food and cold drinks. They had a small shop and looked up times the sea went out for us so we knew when we with little ones could go walk and play on the beach. Bed room do need a big redo but part from that it...

"on a positive note the room was clean, quiet and the hotel was ideally located for our plans in Blackpool on the weekend However the room was small, dingy with lots of wear and tear that certainly needs repair and upgrading, especially the terrible sliding bathroom door. "
